PstI also detects a 2-allele RFLP showing a high degree of linkage disequilibrium with the TaqI RFLP. Subcloned from cosmid THH22. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BamHI, BglII, EcoRI, HindIII, MspI, PvuII, RsaI. |
