| 保存说明： | 1、长期保存的储存菌株以冷冻干燥保藏为主，特殊要求的菌种可用其它方法进行保存，保存期可长达几年至几十年。2、半储存菌株以含20%甘油的肉汤或液体石腊封存的半固体琼脂为主，在0℃以下保存，保存期为3－6个月。3、应用菌株以琼脂斜面为主，在4℃保存，保存期为1－3个月。4、菌种的传代不可超过6次。视菌种的特性及使用情况，一般储存菌株每5年传记代一次，每1-2年从储存菌株转接至半储存菌株，半储存菌株每3-6个月传代一次，每1-3个月从半储存菌株转接接至应用菌株。 |
